Seeking Experienced Instructors
We are looking for experienced private lesson instructors who have a passion for creating unique and memorable ski and snowboard experiences. Hokkaido Core is a small team with a wealth of knowledge from ski resorts around the world. We have brought together the best elements of countless ski schools to create a truly personalised and premium private lesson experience for our guests.
Our guests are highly valued and unique. We know that each one has a different set of goals for their time in Niseko. From learning to ski deep powder to learning where the best coffee spots are, we aim to produce a personal experience while sharing our passion for skiing and snowboarding!

Applicants Must Possess
A guest centred approach to lessons and a keen ability to tailor experiences to individuals
Experience teaching guests to ski or snowboard
An internationally recognised ski or snowboard instructor qualification (Minimum Level 2 CSIA, APSI, AASI or equivalence)
Eligibility to work in Japan (Working Holiday Visa, Skilled Labour Visa with minimum 36 months instructing experience, Japanese Resident or Citizen)
Be able to obtain an international driving licence or Japanese driving licence
Fluent English speaking skills
Desirable Attributes
Additional ski or snowboard certification (Trainers, Children’s Specialists, Race Coaches, Park Coaches, Avalanche Safety Guiding)
Mandarin, Cantonese and other languages
