Hokkaido Core provides Premium Concierge experiences tailored to you. With a driver available from 8:00 to 21:00, and up to 8 hours of ski or snowboard instruction, the Premium Concierge service puts all the logistics on us, so you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

Whether you want to go for coffee before your lessons, have lunch somewhere away from the hills, stop by the supermarkets on the way back after your lesson, or go somewhere for dinner, we’ve got you covered.

Do you want a late start? Our Instructors will offer you up to 8 hours of your preferred discipline, starting at your desired time. Want to do 10:00 to 18:00, 8:30 to 16:30? We can make it happen.

We offer multilingual support thanks to our international team, currently providing English, Chinese, Spanish, Danish, and Italian lessons.
